RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
We do need the tour to be entirely booked, before we start the tour. The payment of the tour can be made via credit card on our website. The reservations must be made 24 hours before the booked tour. The tour is booked after the payment is made. We do not accept payments in cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are in need of cancelling a tour we need to receive an e-mail at hola@eltaco.club 7 days prior to the tour in order for us to be able to refund the tour properly. Cancelations 6 days or less will not be able to be refunded. If a guest does not show up to the tour it cannot be refunded either. If you arrive late refunds are also not applicable.
We are unable to change the date or time of a tour, or refund a tour, due to unexpected occurrences that arise on the part of our guests, such as flight delays or cancellations.
CANCELLATION BY EL TACO CLUB
We grant a full refund including booking fees, if our suppliers or we cancel a trip. You have the option to accept an alternative tour, or your money will be refunded within a week. We have the right to and will exercise last-minute changes due to circumstances that could arise. No refunds or credits are issued for itinerary changes. See Schedules and Tours.
SCHEDULES AND TOURS
Schedules are to be kept as quoted, though we reserve the right to change any schedule and offer alternative itineraries to our participants. There is a slight chance of this occurring, but it can happen due to traffic, construction, political manifestations, etc., in Mexico.
The places we visit are open to the public. However, if you booked a tour to a site that is unexpectedly closed due to any reason the place might have, we reserve the right to re-schedule.
FOOD STOPS
We carefully chose every taqueria, restaurant and food stand for your delight. And as a high representative of our Mexican cuisine. Now, every food stop is run by its own management and not us, we picked these stops carefully to represent our regional foods. We are able to meet certain dietary needs. If you are allergic to anything it is YOUR RESPNSABILITY TO LET US KNOW.
LEGAL INFORMATION
When you send the reservation fee to us it grants & constitutes consent of the tour to the terms and conditions explained above. Our tours begin and end at the same destination point.
El Taco Club has the right to remove any disruptive or disrespectful customer without notice. A removed customer is not an agreement of a refund. All funds paid to El Taco Club will be forfeited and are not refundable. El Taco Club reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any customer at our sole discretion without notice or cause.
El Taco Club cannot be held responsible for acts beyond its control, for example: acts of Nature, Acts of War, Planned or Unplanned attacks. We are not responsible for damages or losses including loss of income from persons or entities not controlled by El Taco Club, such as Restaurants, Chefs, Caterers or any provider. In the event of any claims, disputes arising from our relationship or caused by the tours; all parties consent to having their grievances heard in the jurisdictions and venues of the courts in Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of each participant to read and understand our terms and conditions before making a reservation of our tour.
I agree that El Taco Club, their employees, owners, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, do not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods and services for my tour, including food services providers, food and produce suppliers. As a result we El Taco Club are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of such third person, or of any other third party.
In addition, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the tour designated on this application. I do so with the knowledge of the risks and dangers involved, including but not limited to:
– Disregard in the conduct or arrangement of this trip in any respect from inception to completion;
– Physical exertion for which I am not prepared;
– Forces of nature;
– Transportation failures;
– Consumption of alcoholic beverages;
– Risks associated with food or impure water;
– Civil unrest; terrorism;
– Criminal activity;
– Accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services;
– The adequacy of medical attention once provided;
– Damaged, stolen, lost, or property.
I HEREBY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND PROPERTIES AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DELAY, UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, INCONVENIENCE, ILLNESS, INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR DEATH.
I acknowledge that participation in El Taco Club is based upon my execution of this Liability Waiver. I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FOREVER EL TACO CLUB FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my attention to fully assume all the risks associated with this trip and release El Taco CLub from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent of the law.
